One of the perfect hotel, I visited my friend who was staying in this hotel but it was unforgettable experience for me, I gonna mention one staff called Vincenti Security Man (sorry for the name spelling) but he is well trained, courteous and helpful. The room are spacious, the bathroom were neat and clean. Coming to the breakfast it was super and delicious,and the staff at the breakfast area that are so friendly. I will return very soon along with my family to stay in this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dubai. Though it is more of a business hotel, it has a number of good leisure facilities, including a very nice pool with a good view on the city. I was booked in a room with access to the executive lounge and it was excellent. The views are not that great but the service and the food and beverages are excellent . Angel and Betty in the lounge were amazing. The rooms are spacious and have a wonderful bathroom. I really enjoyed the service level here. The concierge was nice enough to get me ticket for the sold out museum. Thanks to an amazing concierge Ashpak. Overall a highly recommended place to stay. You are connected to a mall in case you need any items. You are also about 20 minutes drive from the Burj Khalifa.

Last week week we held a international event on Raffles Dubai, Overall it was an amazing evening. The Ballroom was luxurious, the food was great, the ambience was amazing and the most important things that made our event went smooth was the staff! Big applouse for the banquet team especially Mr. Tayo who always support us and giving the extra miles to make sure the event went smoothly 👏 also would like to appreciate the banquet manager Mr. Ahmad who always supporting us. Definitely we will comming back for another event and its very recommended to held a big event in Raffles Dubai!

My anniversary was made wonderful. Brought my wife and she was thrilled with the service offered to us by Theekshana I am supper impressed with his customer service indeed. Sure will be a regular from now on. Karl the the host, thank you for the warm welcome. I felt I was at the right place just at the entrance. Great job guys
